  • Yes! In fact we started Maypop Tech Help because we love helping those who are getting older. We offer extremely patient and kind support for everyone, but we especially love to work with seniors.

    You can book an appointment on behalf of a parent. We just ask that you coordinate with us to best serve them. Book an appointment or contact us for more!

  • We serve Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson, Cheatham, Robertson, Sumner, and Wilson counties in Tennessee. This includes the cities of Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Brentwood, Mt Juliet, Smyrna, and La Vergne, among others. Our travel fees are calculated from Smyrna.

  • Yes. In fact we find that especially at first we prefer to help you in your home or business at first. This way we can get to know your context. We also do remote support.

  • Generally, we can come as soon as the next business day. Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. For emergencies and weekends, we may charge some higher rates for travel and per hour. Contact us to find out more!

  • No. You can pay per hour of service. We don’t require monthly contracts, but businesses can request such arrangements. We’re not a managed services company.
