Do you offer remote tech support or do you have to come to my house?
We do both! If your internet is working but you're struggling with a software issue or a printer that won't connect, we can often jump on a remote screen-share and fix it in minutes. If it’s a hardware or Wi-Fi coverage issue, we’ll come to you for an in-home tech consultation. For some customers it’s best if we start out with a home visit so we can see your setup and understand your situation better, but we can always do remote support if needed.
